Karen Kotofski is the first Frostburg women’s soccer player inducted into the Bobcat Hall of Fame after an impressive four-year career.

Kotofski was a four-time First Team All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) honoree and was a two-time AMCC Player of the Year following her junior and senior seasons. She was also a three-time National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Region award winner.

Along with her individual accolades, Kotofski guided Frostburg to 57 wins, four AMCC Tournament Championships and four trips to the NCAA Tournament.

As a senior, Kotofski became Frostburg’s first female to earn College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-American First Team honors.

She capped her career at Frostburg by being selected as FSU’s Female Athlete of the Year.

Kotofski holds numerous career and single-season records. She is Frostburg’s all-time leader in goals scored (83) and points (192). She is also first in the career record books with eight hat tricks and 21 multi-goal games.

In terms of single-season marks, she holds three top-10 marks for goals and three top-10 marks for points.
