Tim Feldman was a two-time All-American on the offensive line for the FSU football team. Feldman helped the Bobcats to a 32-10-2 record during his career, one of the best four-year runs in the 48-year history of the program. He also helped Frostburg State to the school's first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance in 1993.

Feldman earned Honorable Mention All-American and All-South Region First Team honors as a senior in 1994. The Bobcats posted an 8-2-1 record and averaged 415. 5 yards and 4.2 touchdowns per game. Frostburg State scored over 40 points four times that season including a 46-17 thrashing of in-state rival Salisbury.

Feldman earned his first All-American Honorable Mention award as a junior in 1993. The Bobcats finished 10-2, including an NCAA Tournament first round win over Wilkes, 26-25. FSU again had a powerful offense scoring over 30 points seven times and totaling 50 touchdowns on the season. 

Over his first two seasons, Frostburg State posted 14 wins to just six losses. The offense averaged over 324 yards both years and totaled 74 touchdowns, including 47 in 1991.
