Jennifer Murphy played on the Frostburg women’s lacrosse team for three seasons from 1989-91. She lettered in each season she played and helped the Bobcats to a 33-11 overall record during her career.
 
Murphy wrapped up her sterling career with 107 goals, 70 assists and 177 points. She is one of only 14 Frostburg women’s lacrosse players to amass 100 goals in their career. 
 
Murphy is a two-time Brine South Regional All-American selection and was named to the Brine Coaches All-American Second Team in 1990.
 
Murphy burst onto the scene in 1989 with 71 points (42 goals, 29 assists) and followed it up with her best statistical season in 1990 where she notched single-season career highs in goals (42), assists (32) and points (80).
 
In 1991, Murphy scored 17 times for a Bobcat team that won a single-season program record 15 games.
