Linda Moscato ended her Frostburg State women’s lacrosse career as one of the most prolific scorers in the program’s 43-year history. A four-year letter winner from 1990-93, Mosocato scored 192 goals, 57 assists and 237 total points.

Moscato collected numerous individual honors for her stellar play on the field. She was a USWLA First Team All-American, two-time Brine/Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association South Regional All-America, team Most Valuable Player and a North/South Regional All-Star Game participant.

She also helped the Bobcats to their most successful four-year run with a 47-14 overall record. As a sophomore in 1991, FSU posted a school record 15-1 mark and earned the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship with a victory over Mary Washington.

As a junior, Moscato posted career numbers as she scored 54 goals and handed out 22 assists. She was voted as the teams’ Most Outstanding Attack Player while helping the Bobcats to their first-ever NCAA Division III Tournament berth. Frostburg State finished the season ranked No. 4 in the final NCAA Division III poll, the schools highest ranking ever.

In her senior year, Moscato was voted as the team’s Most Valuable Player as she scored 46 goals, 19 assists and 65 points. The Bobcats once again captured an ECAC Championship with a 9-5 overall record.
