Victoria Proctor was a nine-time All-American and a two-time National Champion for the Frostburg State University women’s track & field team. She was a vital part of the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relay teams that were annually two of the best in the country.
Proctor, voted by her teammates as the Most Outstanding Runner in each of her final three years as a Bobcat, is one of just five women to hold both an indoor and outdoor national title in the storied history of the FSU track & field program.
As a senior in 1986, she grabbed both an indoor and outdoor national championship as a member of the 4x100-meter relay teams.
As a sophomore and junior, she earned outdoor All-American honors in both the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relay teams. In 1984, she grabbed individual All-American honors during both the indoor and outdoor seasons in the 400-meter dash.
