Janet Webb was a four-year letter winner and All-American for the Bobcat women's lacrosse team from 1983-1986 and is one of the program's top scorers all-time.

In her four years, Webb scored 128 goals with 38 assists for 166 total points and she ranks 10th all-time in program history in goals and 14th in points. She broke the career scoring record during her junior season and held the all-time mark until it was broken in 1990.

As a senior, Webb tied a career-high with 37 goals and garnered U.S. Women’s Lacrosse Association Honorable Mention All-American honors. She was also named a South Regional All-American as a senior after grabbing Brine Regional All-American honors in each of her final two years.

Twice voted the Most Outstanding Attack by her teammates, Webb helped the Bobcats to second place in the Maryland College Tournament on two occasions and the Mid-Atlantic ECAC Regional as a sophomore.
