BALTIMORE, Md. – The Frostburg State Men's Swim team fell 215-42 on the road to UMBC in their final regular season meet of the season on Friday.

Juniors Tory Reynolds and Jack Bond as well as freshman Bliss Hays had the top FSU finishes on the day, placing third in the 50 free (22.57), 100 free (53.33), and 50 back (26.27), respectively.

 Sophomore Bradin Norris was the first Bobcat into the wall in both the 200 free (1:53.67) and the 100 fly (28.29) taking fourth and fifth, respectively, in each event. He was joined in being the Frostburg representative in multiple events by junior Dylan King, who had the same placements in the 50 fly (23.83) and the 50 breast (28.63).

Freshmen Jack McCullough and Glen Newell each had a fourth-place finish in the 100 back (58.49) and the 100 breast (1:12.14), respectively, while freshman Sean Filipovits took fifth in the 100 IM (57.11).

With the loss, FSU concludes their regular season at 4-5 overall, while UMBC improves to 5-1. The Bobcats will now prepare for the GMAC/MEC Championships from Wednesday, February 11 through Saturday, February 14 in Canton, Ohio. Information and updates will be posted to frostburgsports.com.
