FROSTBURG, Md. - The Frostburg State Men's Tennis team took on Davis & Elkins in their final regular season match of the year, losing 6-1 at home.
Junior Caleb Beidle and sophomore Del Carden got off to a solid start in the meet with a 6-3 doubles victory, though the Senators were able to take the point after a narrow 7-6 victory over the pairing of sophomore Origen Grear and graduate Desire Johnson. Johnson picked up the lone point on the day with a 6-1, 6-2 singles win, as D&E took each of the other matches for the final victory.
With the loss, FSU ends their season at 2-9, while the Senators are now 6-6.
