FROSTBURG, Md. - The Frostburg State Women's Tennis team dropped home match to Millersville 7-0 on Friday afternoon.
The Marauders took all three of the doubles matches off the Bobcats, with the pair of freshman Lorena Pintar and junior Rabiatu Ladan taking the most sets off their opponents with three. In the singles matches, Pintar had the top performance, as she took the first set in a 7-6 tiebreak before surrendering the next two sets 6-2, 6-2.
With the loss, the Bobcats fall to 4-8 in the Spring, while Millersville improves to 13-5 on the year. Frostburg returns to the court Saturday, April 16 as they are back home for a MEC match against Charleston (WV), set for a 4 p.m. start. For more information and updates stay tuned atÂ
