YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO-Â The men's and women's Track & Field team traveled to Youngstown, Ohio to kick off their season at the YSU Icebreaker Invitational.Â

There were multiple positive takeaways from the night with 23 Bobcats breaking their personal records.

Redshirt Senior Clayton Washington competed in the 60 meter dash where he PR'd with a time of 6.99. With that time, it places him second All-Time in Frostburg State history in the 60m.Â

Sophomore Justus LePrevost had himself a night finishing fifth in the 3000m, this would be the highest place finish by an individual Bobcat of the meet. LePrevost also PR'd in the event with a time of 8:57.61, that time also was the fastest indoor 3k by a Frostburg athlete since 2019.Â

Redshirt sophomore Mark Vaughns broke a personal record in the Pole Vault event with a height of 3.90m and placing sixth. Vaughns would also PR in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.77 moving him into second All-Time in Frostburg State history.Â

Freshman Marquise Burks also PR'd in the 60m hurdle with a time of 8.88, ranking him fourth All-Time in Frostburg State history.Â

Redshirt Sophomore Alexa Bradburn would PR in the weight throw with a long dart of 13.82m, ranks her third All-Time in Frostburg State history.Â
