BRIDGEPORT, W. Va.- Frostburg State men's swimmer Noah Loper has been named the MEC Male Swimmer of the Week for the second time this season after his performance on Saturday against Davis & Elkins.
 
Loper won three events on the day, earning victories in the 200-yard IM and 500-yard freestyle, while helping the 200-yard freestyle relay to another win. He just missed out on a fourth win, coming in second in the 200-yard freestyle by .14 seconds.
