FROSTBURG, Md. – Junior Jenna Lipinski captured a win at No. 2 singles as the Frostburg State women's tennis team lost to St. Mary's 8-1, Saturday.
 
Lipinski dropped Raziela Manangan 8-6 at the No. 2 position. The win is the fourth this year at No. 2 singles and second in the CAC for Lipinski.
 
Lipinski joined with sophomore Kate Paylor for an 8-1 defeat at No. 1 doubles against Melissa Barall and Chelsea English.
 
The No. 2 doubles team of sophomore Allison Paul and first-year Sophia Staggers dropped a hard-fought match, 8-5, to Manangan and Savannah Bergen.
 
Frostburg returns to action on Wednesday when it hosts No. 19 Mary Washington at nearby Mountain Ridge High School at 4:00 pm.
