FROSTBURG, Md. – The Frostburg men's tennis team suffered a 9-0 setback to No. 33 ranked Christopher Newport, Sunday, at the Bobcat Tennis Courts.

FSU falls to 3-10 on the season, including an 0-5 mark in the CAC, while CNU improves to 11-8 and 5-1.
 
Sophomore Shasta Braithwaite and junior Aaron Beckner posted the closest score of the afternoon. The tandem lost at No. 1 doubles, 8-2, to William Trang and Andy Mason. Braithwaite also endured a 6-1, 6-0 loss at No. 1 singles to Mason.
 
Frostburg returns to action on Tuesday when it hosts Southern Virginia in a CAC matchup at 3:00 pm.
