NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Frostburg State women's tennis team dropped a Capital Athletic Conference match, 5-0, at 33
rd-ranked Christopher Newport, Saturday.
Senior Kayla Kirk picked up a point in both No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles where she teamed with fellow senior Kaitlin Lemmert. Kirk lost in singles 6-0, 6-1, while the duo dropped their doubles match 8-1.
The Bobcats loss at the Captains wrapped up their spring break trip to Hilton Head, S.C. FSU will host Penn State Harrisburg for a CAC showdown this Saturday at 1:00 pm.
