FAIRMONT, W Va. - The Frostburg State women's tennis team fell against non-conference opponent Fairmont State, on Saturday. Three individuals picked up wins on the day.

Frostburg State has an overall record of 2-6 and a conference record of 1-1.

In the number three doubles, senior Liz Coblentz (Mt. Airy, Md./South Carroll) and junior Caroline Shedd (Middletown, Md./Middletown) defeated Kaitlyn McDowell and Heather Gurash with a score of 8-0. Sophomore Thersea Mills (Clear Spring, Md./Clear Spring) picked up the only singles match victory against Amanda Osborne in the number six singles match (6-4, 7-5).
