BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. - Freshman Bryce Bauer was named the MEC Baseball Co-Pitcher of the Week, presented by The Health Plan. 

Bauer had a career day on the mound in the team's 13-1 series finale victory over Point Park. He threw six innings, which became a complete game due to an incomplete seventh inning, while recording seven strikeouts, both setting career-highs. He allowed just four hits and no walks while giving up one run.
