BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. - Senior Julia Ramos was named the MEC Women's Tennis Player of the Week, presented by The Health Plan, as announced by the league office Monday. 

Ramos helped FSU to a 5-2 win over Bloomsburg, securing a win at both No. 1 doubles and singles play. She combined with classmate Alyssa Kush for a 6-2 decision in doubles before winning 7-5, 6-2 in her singles match.
