FROSTBURG, Md. - The Frostburg State Men's Tennis team was defeated at home by Millersville 6-1 on Friday afternoon.
Millersville took an early lead, winning the doubles point with victories in all three matches. The third pairing for the Bobcats, junior Caleb Beidle and sophomore Del Carden, had the closest match, losing 6-4. In singles play, graduate Desire Johnson picked up the lone victory the day, winning 6-1, 6-4.
With the loss, the men fall to 2-6 on the Spring season, while the Marauders improve to 9-6 on the year. FSU is back on the courts Saturday, April 16 for a home match against Charleston (WV) set for 4 p.m. Information and updates will be posted atÂ
