WASHINGTON, Pa.- The Frostburg State Women's Tennis team faced West Liberty in a road meet on Saturday afternoon, falling 7-0.

In doubles play, freshman Sydney Goering and junior Jen Dieterle took the most sets off their opponents in a 6-3 loss. In singles play, freshman Lorena Pintar had the top performance on the day, taking five total sets off her opponent in a 6-2, 6-3 loss.

The Bobcats now sit at 0-1 in the Spring season, while the Hilltoppers improve to 1-0. Frostburg returns to action Wednesday, March 9 for a home match against Bowie State at 3 p.m. For information and updates stay tuned at frostburgsports.com.
