FROSTBURG, Md.- The Frostburg State tennis teams fell at home to Salem, with the men losing 7-0 and the women falling 5-2.
 
Both of the women's wins came by way of forfeit, as Salem only had four players available to play. Sophomores Betsey Hixon and Rabiatu Ladan were able to take a game apiece in their singles matches, along with winning a game in their doubles match.
 
For the men, the pairing of first-year Origen Grear and senior Geoffrey Goldring were joined by sophomore Mason Hordubay and senior Tim Goldring in winning multiple games in doubles matches, both sides losing 6-2. Senior Tim Goldring was also able to take a game in multiple sets, losing 6-2, 6-1.
 
Both teams are back in action Sunday, April 11 to take on Mount Aloysius as the Bobcats are on a three-match homestand. For more information head to frostburgsports.com
