WEST CHESTER, Pa- The Frostburg State Field Hockey Team fell to No. 2-ranked West Chester 14-0 on Saturday afternoon.
West Chester poured it on from the start, as they got out to a 4-0 lead after the first quarter. They would add two more scores before the half to increase the lead to 6-0.
In the second half, WCU scored four goals in both the third and fourth quarters to take the victory in convincing fashion 14-0.
Valerie Van Kuijck and Claudia Jaszczak each recorded a hat trick for the Golden Rams.
West Chester moves to 11-3 on the year, while the Bobcats drop to 1-14. Frostburg is back in action Tuesday, October 26 at 4 p.m. in Shippensburg as they take on the No. 1-ranked Red Raiders.
