NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Frostburg State women's tennis team had its season come to a close on Saturday with a 6-0 shutout at 24
th-ranked Christopher Newport in the first round of the CAC Tournament.
The Bobcats end their season at 5-9 overall, while CNU advances to the semifinals with a 12-7 slate.
The Captains won all three doubles matches and took three singles matches. The remaining three singles matched didn't have a final result as they were unfinished matches.
