FROSTBURG, Md. – Frostburg State allowed five first-half goals en route to a 7-0 defeat to Dickinson in its home opener, Wednesday.

Catherine Perlmutter led the charge for the Red Devils as she found the net twice in the opening half. Dickinson tacked on two more goals in the second stanza as they pushed their overall record to 2-1.
 
Junior Alexandra Darrow paced the Bobcats (1-1) with five shots, including four on goal. Junior Jackie Best added three shots. In her first collegiate action, freshman keeper Nicole Leighty played the final 53:22 and made seven saves. Freshman Savannah Neubert added a defensive save.
 
Frostburg State hosts the FSU Tournament this weekend at Bobcat Stadium.
