FROSTBURG, Md. – Frostburg State surrendered two goals in each half and suffered a 4-0 Capital Athletic Conference setback to St. Mary's on senior day, Saturday.

The Bobcats slip to 6-11 overall and 1-4 in the CAC with the loss, while St. Mary's improves to 8-4 overall and 1-2 in the league.
Olivia Edwards scored three of the four Seahawk goals, including two in the first half to give the visitors a 2-0 halftime advantage. Edwards' first goal came at 16:12 and she followed it up with her second tally at 17:53.
Following intermission, Ally Dahlen scored at 42:53 and Edwards completed the game with her third score at 69:26 to seal the 4-0 final.
Senior Becky Randel and sophomore Jackie Best led the Bobcats with two shots apiece, including one on goal.
SMCM outshot FSU 13-7. Sophomore Megan Grimm made four saves for FSU, while her counterpart, Christy Bishop stopped four shots.
Frostburg returns to action this Wednesday with a home game against Washington & Jefferson at 7:00 pm.
