FSU senior Breanne Russell (Clements, Md./Chopticon) narrowed the deficit to 3-2 with a goal off a penalty stroke with 2:58 to play in regulation and the Bobcats (2-11) furiously tried to knock home the equalizing goal in the waning minutes but couldn’t find the net.
