SHENANDOAH, Va. – The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team sent three athletes to the Hornet Harrier Invitational on Saturday morning.
 
At the Kernstown Battlefield course, seniors Paige Etnoyer and Hannah Schauman joined junior Keira Taylor in competing for FSU. Etnoyer was the top finisher, placing fourth overall at 24:53.8. Taylor was just outside the top 10, placing 11^th at 25:37.5, while Schauman took 18^th at 26:18.0. With only three athletes competing, the Bobcats did not receive a team score, needing a minimum of five to qualify.
 
Frostburg will return to action on Saturday, October 10 as they will travel to Youthtowne, Pa. for the Carnegie Mellon XC Challenge. Information and updates will be posted to frostburgsports.com.
