BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. - Seniors Neila Haney and Izzy Kelly were named the MEC Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, presented by The Health Plan. 

Haney led FSU to a pair of wins in the week, totaling 10 goals and 11 assists for 21 points, as well as grabbing 8 draw controls. She had four goals and five assists in the 21-7 win over Wheeling, then followed up by tying her career-high with 12 points on six goals and assists in the 24-2 win over Point Park. Against the Pioneers, she set the program's all-time career points record with 339. 

Kelly led Frostburg's defensive efforts in a pair of wins, causing six turnovers and picking up four groundballs. She set a season-high with six CT's in the team's 24-2 win over Point Park, while also helping limit their attack to just 16 total shots. In the 21-7 win against Wheeling, she picked up three groundballs while holding them to 21 efforts.
