BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. - Senior Neila Haney was named the MEC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, presented by The Health Plan, as announced by the league office Monday. 

Haney helped FSU to a 2-0 week, scoring 8 total goals while providing 3 assists. She led all players with 6 points on 3 goals and assists in a 15-7 win over Lock Haven, while also totaling 2 draw controls, caused turnovers, and groundballs. In the 13-8 win over Davis & Elkins, she netted 5 goals and also caused another pair of turnovers.
