FROSTBURG, Md. - Recent FSU women's lacrosse graduate Stephanie King will be the team's full-time assistant coach for the 2022-23 school year, as announced by Head Coach Taylor Sindall. 

King ended her career as one of the top Bobcat players in program history, as she finished in the top 10 for career goals (152), assists (77), and points (229), as well as sharing the program record for career free position goals (31). This will be her first venture into the collegiate coaching ranks as she will also be working towards earning a master's degree from Frostburg. 

Said Sindall on hiring King: "I am so excited for Stephanie to join our coaching staff! She is a proven leader both on and off the field and I know she will help take our offense to the next level. The team is happy to have her back in this new role!"
