Junior Arianna Briggs-Hall put in a pair of free throws and Funchess made a layup to get within 12 with three minutes remaining in the half. The teams traded a free throw each, as the last basket of the half came on a steal and finish from sophomore Brenae Ford to take the score to 41-31 Davis & Elkins going into halftime.

Briggs-Hall knocked in another pair of free throws and Esema made a layup, but D&E nailed a three at the end of the quarter to keep them with a strong lead at 59-43.
In the fourth quarter, Ford would make a jumper to start the quarter, but that would be as close as the Bobcats got for the rest of the game, with the Senators coming out 80-57 winners.
Briggs-Hall had a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds, while Dombroski led the defensive effort with three steals and a block.
