FROSTBURG, Md. - The Frostburg State football team announced on Friday that its first road game of 2019 against Concord will kick off earlier than anticipated. The September 14 game will now kick off at 12:00 pm instead of the original 1:00 pm kick. It will be the first meeting between Frostburg and Concord, and the second Mountain East Conference game for both squads.
