Despite being outshot in the first half, the Bobcats (0-2) hung tough. The Bulldogs scored the contest’s first goal at 9:47, but FSU evened the score at 1-1 when Breanne Russell (Clements, Md./Chopticon) found the net for the second time in two games this season.

However, Stowhouer answered five minutes later with the first of her two goals that put DeSales up 2-1 at the half. Strowhouer scored for a second time at 47:33 as the Bulldogs led 3-1. Pulcini’s insurance score sealed the win at 54:07.
