FROSTBURG, Md. - Senior

Jacobsen scored his first goal off an assist from senior

Just over a minute later, Jacobsen netted his second goal of the game, and sixth of the season, to hand FSU a 2-0 lead that it would carry into halftime.
The second half was dominated by the defense as neither team allowed a goal until Steve Duran scored off an assist from Patrick Mahon to bring Franciscan (9-7, 6-4) within one goal, 2-1. The Bobcat defense, however would hold off the Barons to bring the final score to 2-1.
Franciscan led in both shots (17-12) and corner kicks (5-2), but was not able to overcome the strong Frostburg defense.
