Erica Keil enters her first season as an assistant coach with the Frostburg women's soccer team.
She comes to FSU having most recently been the goalkeeper coach at The College of New Jersey during the 2021 season. The team went 21-1-2 and reached the National Championship game, as she was a member of the Regional Coaching Staff of the Year.
She has also spent time at Yeshiva University, LIU-Brooklyn, North Carolina Wesleyan College, and Wesley College as a goalkeeper coach. In addition to her collegiate experience, Keil has coached at the academy level with Brooklyn City FC, Delaware ODP, TSF Academy, North Carolina ODP, and Kickers FC. She holds coaching licenses from both the NSCAA and USSF.
Keil earned her undergraduate degreee in education from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2014, where she was a three-time All-ODAC player. She received her masters degree in Athletic Leadership from Wesley College in 2016.
