2018 Outdoor: Capital Athletic Conference Medal of Inspiration … Placed eighth with a season-best effort in the 400 hurdles (59.51) and ninth in the 110 hurdles (17.23) at CAC Championships … Took fourth with a season-best 16.69 in the 110 hurdles at Messiah … Ran the 200 (24.83) and 400 (56.11) at West Virginia Wesleyan … Helped 4x400 relay to a sixth-place finish at CACs (3:29.44) and to a season-best 3:29.23 at Gettysburg.

2017-18 Indoor: Appeared in first meet of the season at WVU, finishing third in the 400 (53.4H) and ninth in the 60 hurdles (9.17H) … Donated a kidney to his father and missed the rest of the indoor season.

2017 Outdoor: Qualified for ECAC Championships in 400 hurdles … Placed seventh in 400 hurdles (57.23) at ECACs … Competed in 110 hurdles (16.57) and 400 hurdles (1:00.00) at CAC Championships … Set career-best, qualified for ECACs and took first place in the 400 hurdles (56.60) and placed first in the 100 hurdles (16.62) at Penn State … Season-best 16.25 in 110 hurdles at Shippensburg … Won the 110 hurdles (16.91) and 400 hurdles (58.44) at UMW Opener … Took first in 110 hurdles (16.32) and second in the 400 hurdles (58.14) at Bobcat Invitational … Part of first-place 4x400 relay (3:29.60) at Messiah … Helped 4x400 relay to fourth (3:29.38) at CACs.
