2019 Outdoor: All-CAC Second Team … Appeared in all eight meets with three wins, eight top-three finishes and three relay victories … Part of second-place 4x100 relay (42.85) at CAC Championships … Took fifth in the 400 (50.38), eighth in the 100 (11.81) and ninth in the 200 (22.40) at CACs … Qualified for AARTFC Championships in the 100 and 200 … Won the 100-meter dash with a season-best 11.05 at Messiah … Took first in the 200 (22.84) and 400 (51.36) at the FSU Bobcat Invitational … Part of FSU’s fastest 4x400 relay (3:24.32) at Frostburg … On the winning 4x400 (3:28.84) and 4x100 (42.90) at Messiah … 25th in the region in the 200, 29th in the 400 and T-30th in the 100.

2018-19 Indoor: Capped the season with 19^th in the 60 (7.18) at the AARTFC Championships … Posted sixth in the 400 (53.41) at the WVU Open … Took fifth in the 60 (7.29), 10^th in the 400 (52.70) and 12^th in the 200 (23.84) at the CAC Championships … Helped the 4x200-meter relay team to a win in 1:34.05 at Marietta … Helped the 4x400 relay to a win at the WVU Open in 3:38.00.

2018 Outdoor: Ran the 200 and 400 in all seven meets … Finished 10th at CAC Championships in the 400 (51.31) … Posted four top-five finishes … Season-best 51.28 in the 400 at Messiah … Took sixth with a season-best time in the 200 (23.10) and placed third in the 400 (52.66) at Mary Washington … Placed sixth in the 4x400 (3:29.44) at CACs ... CAC All-Academic.

2017-18 Indoor: Appeared in five meets … Competed in the 200, 400 and 4x400 at CAC Championships … Season-best 23.82 in the 200 at Bucknell … Ran 54.17 in the 400 at CACs.
