Andrew Gravelin

Andrew Gravelin is entering his first year as the assistant coach of the Frostburg State Men's Basketball team during the 2023-2024 athletic year. 

From October 2022-August 2023, Gravelin served as Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at State University of New York at Delhi. There he oversaw assistant coaches and managers, coordinated of all aspects of recruiting, and was responsible for team and player development. During this time he helped lead the team to an overall record of 20-9 with an average of 85 points per game, and 42 rebounds per game.

From June 2018-March 2021 he was Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at State University of New York at Delhi. As assistant coach he was responsible for on and off court player development, recruiting, and teams expenses etc. As an assistant coach in the 2018-2019 season he helped lead the team to an overall record of 17-10. In the 2019-2020 season the overall season record was 21-7. The 2020-2021 season was not played due to the COVID-19 virus. During this off period, Gravelin continued to recruit and oversee the Men's Basketball team. 

From March 2001-August 2020 he was the Director and Head Coach for the Oneonta Hoosiers AAU Basketball Program as well as the Program Director for Oneonta Boys and Girls Club. In 2005 and 2012, as a AAU Coach, he took his team to the New York State National Qualifiers. 

Gravelin attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY in August 1999-May 2000. Following that he graduated from Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY with a Bachlors of Arts and Political Science degree in May 2003.
