BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Freshman Mason Salvadge earned his first-ever MEC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week honor, as the award was announced by the league office on Monday and is presented by The Health Plan. 
 
In Frostburg's two-win week, Salvadge scored the go-ahead goal for the Bobcat's in the team's 2-1 home victory against Salem, for his first collegiate goal.  Salvadge then tallied another go-ahead goal, helping FSU take down No. 20 Davis & Elkins on the road in a 3-2 win, the program's first-ever win over a ranked opponent since moving to Division II.  Over the span of two games, Salvadge ripped four shots at goal in a total of 77 minutes.
