SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Frostburg State Women's Tennis team dropped their road match against Slippery Rock by a final score of 6-1 on Saturday evening.

Sophomore Julia Ramos picked up the Bobcats' lone win on the day, toughing out a 2-6, 6-1, 6-4 marathon match in singles play.

In doubles, freshman Alyssa Kush and sophomore Lorena Pintar put up a fight in a 6-4 loss, while Ramos and sophomore Mariaspa Kotsiou fell 6-3.

The women face a quick turnaround as they travel further up the Keystone State to Mercyhurst on Sunday, February 19 at 3 p.m. Information and updates will be posted to frostburgsports.com.
