FROSTBURG, Md. - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced the recipients of the 2022 Division II Regional Awards, which recognize coaches and players for their excellence on the court and in their communities throughout the season. 

Frostburg State received the ITA Community Service Award for the Atlantic Region on both the men's and women's side, an award that honors a team that gives back to their campus and community through tennis and non-tennis pathways. Both teams participated in various activities to aid the FSU community, including hosting clinics and tennis lessons, The Big Event, which cleans the streets throughout the town after Homecoming, creating Thanksgiving baskets, Trunk or Treat, Storybook Holiday, and Beautify the Burg.
