Jackson led the league in home runs, slugging, and OPS as the Bobcats' starting first baseman. Lawrence was third on the team in RBI with 38, as his top moment of the year came early in the season against Chowan when he hit two grand slams in one game. Estrada finished second for FSU in average and runs scored, while swiping 15 bases for the team lead in steals.

Kiple was an effective two-way player, finishing second on the team in home runs (12) and RBI (41), while also winning five games and striking out a team-high 47 batters on the mound. Grove finished the year undefeated as a pitcher with an 8-0 record, as he threw Frostburg's only complete game of the year, taking a no-hitter into the seventh inning.
