FROSTBURG, Md. - Frostburg State University Director of Athletics Troy Dell has announced Carrie Saunders as the new Assistant Athletic Director for Academics & Student-Athlete Development. 
 
Saunders will be taking on the new role after leading the women's basketball program for the past eight seasons. Along with the oversight of academics and student development, she will take on the department role as Senior Woman Administrator.
