FROSTBURG, Md.- Frostburg State Softball announced Madison Daigneau as its assistant coach for the upcoming 2021-22 Spring season.
 
Madison played at UMBC and helped the team to win the America East Conference twice. A standout player with the Retrievers, she was named Senior Female Athlete of the Year at UMBC, America East All-Championship Team, and American East All-Rookie Team. To finish her career in the program, she was the all-time leader in triples, tenth in hits, eighth in runs, and fourth in stolen bases. She graduated with a double major in Psychology and Media & Communications.
