BRIDGEPORT, W. Va.- Frostburg State Women's Soccer midfielder Carolyn DeSena has been named the Mountain East co-offensive player of the week for her two-goal performance against Davis & Elkins Sunday evening.
 
The goals scored were her first two collegiate goals and both came in the first half of the Bobcats' 3-0 win on Sunday evening. Her first goal came on a through ball from Lela Clark, which DeSena latched onto and finished past the goalkeeper for a 2-0 lead. She followed that up with a goal on a rebound from Audra Curtin's shot that was saved, finishing into an empty net for her two-goal total.
