Name: Edwyna Lainez Major: Health Science Why did you choose Frostburg? I chose Frostburg because I get to play the sport I love while pursing my dream to become a doctor. When I first visited campus, I loved it. They welcomed me like I was already family and it was everything that I was looking for. Favorite Class: Art Appreciation Favorite Professor: Dr. Katie Gares Favorite spot on campus: Upper quad under the trees Favorite moment at Frostburg: My favorite moment at Frostburg was when I was playing my first volleyball game at home. It was our first win of the season which made it more memorable. Favorite place to eat in Frostburg: LG's Pizzeria on Main Street What does Frostburg mean to you? Frostburg to me is like a second home. Living far away from home was a struggle at first but my friends and roommates made it better, making tons of memories that I will never forget.
