FROSTBURG, Md. – The Frostburg State University department of athletics is proud to announce a new partnership agreement with Under Armour, Inc. The Baltimore-based global leader in performance footwear, apparel and equipment will become Frostburg's official outfitter beginning September 1. As part of a five-year agreement, the company will provide the Bobcats' 22 varsity sports with on-field and off-field training gear.
 
The deal will provide not only coaches and student-athletes with apparel, but will provide both staff members and administrators with apparel that will align with the athletic department's branding standards.
 
BSN Sports and Personal Best Athletics will be apparel providers through the duration of the contract as both companies have supplied FSU athletics with apparel in the past.
 
The Under Armour agreement aligns Frostburg with several University System of Maryland schools, including the University of Maryland, Towson University, the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Bowie State University.
 
Frostburg is also joining the standout Under Armour roster of NCAA partners that includes the University of California, Los Angeles; the University of California, Berkeley; University of Wisconsin; University of Notre Dame; Naval Academy Athletic Association; Texas Tech University; Northwestern University; University of Cincinnati; Boston College; University of Utah; University of South Carolina; Auburn University and Yale University.
