Bobcats' Game Postponed Against Penn State Altoona

FROSTBURG, Md. - The Frostburg State baseball team announced this afternoon that its game against Penn State Altoona scheduled for Tuesday, March 19 has been postponed. The matchup is being moved due to field conditions.
 
FSU is 10-3 on the season after finishing their first Capital Athletic Conference weekend of games against Christopher Newport University. Currently, junior Ryan Roell is tied for the conference lead in home runs with five this season. Roell is also leading the CAC in slugging percentage with a .854 clip Senior Nick Fuhrmann is tied for fourth in the league with three home runs.
 
The Bobcats are on the road for a three-game series this weekend against Salisbury. First pitch for Saturday's doubleheader will take place at 12:00 p.m.

Frostburg will now play Penn State Altoona in a single nine-inning game on Tuesday at the Cumberland fairgrounds at 3pm. Fans who can't attend the game will be able to follow the action at FrostburgSports.com/Live.
