FROSTBURG, Md. – Junior Holly Van Wie scored in the second half for Frostburg State but a high energy second period couldn't rally the Bobcats as they fell 3-1 to St. Mary's (Md.), Saturday.
The Seahawks (6-5, 1-0) carried a 1-0 cushion into the locker room after Brooke Steinhoff scored off a rebounded shot in the 34

Less than 30 seconds later, freshman Gabby Rachuba had a shot turned away by Thompson and Morrell had two more shots saved to keep things at 2-1.
In the 58
th minute, St. Mary's gave itself a little breathing room when Mollie Belson dribbled on net and scored the visitors third goal of the afternoon.
