PERRY, N.Y. – Frostburg lacrosse seniors Tom Kraemer and Erik Geiser captured United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-American honors on Sunday as announced by the organization.
 
The duo's awards mark the second-consecutive year that members of the Bobcats have been honored on a national level. Frostburg had three All-Americans a year ago, including Kraemer following his junior campaign. Both Kramer and Geiser were selected as Honorable Mention All-Americans this year.
 
Kraemer and Geiser also represented Frostburg at the 75^th USILA/Nike North-South Game that took place on Friday.
 
A 2016 Face-Off Yearbook Preseason All-American, Kraemer started 18-of-19 games this season and allowed just 114 goals in nearly 1,000 minutes in net for a 6.92 goals-against average, good for second in the conference and 15th in the nation.
 
He added 144 saves and 30 ground balls and was a Second Team All-CAC selection this year.
 
Geiser was named to the All-Capital Athletic Conference First Team after finishing the season first in the nation with a .730 face-off winning percentage (214-of-293). Geiser finished with above a 50% win percentage in every game but one and has accumulated 132 ground balls, an FSU single-season record.
 
Frostburg finished 15-4 overall, advanced to the CAC Tournament semifinals and set a program record by reaching 15^th in the week five USILA/Nike Poll in late March.
