MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Aaron Kline scored the game's only goal to carry Penn State Harrisburg to a slim 1-0 win over Frostburg State, Wednesday, in Capital Athletic Conference men's soccer action.
The loss drops Frostburg to 8-5-3 overall and 3-3-1 in the CAC, while the Lions improve to 11-4 overall and 4-3 in the league.
Kline scored what prove to be the game winner in the 25th minute after corralling Victor Weaver's deflected shot off the crossbar to sneak the ball past the Bobcat goalie and give PSH the 1-0 lead.
The Lions outshot Frostburg 14-6, including 8-3 in the first half.
Bobcat keeper Hassan Mostafa stopped three shots in the loss, while PSH netminder earned the win after making four saves.
Frostburg State hosts Marymount this Saturday for senior day at 7:00 pm.
